Health Insurance
District 67 offers excellent health insurance plans through Blue Cross/Blue Shield. We also participate in a mail-order prescription drug program.

Dental Insurance
The district dental insurance plan is self-funded and aministered by Allied Benefits. The plan pays for 100% of preventative exams, X-rays, and cleanings every 6 months.

Tax-Sheltered Annuities/457 Plan
School district employees are entitled to participate in a variety of voluntary tax-sheltered annuity programs.

Life Insurance
District 67 provides a group term life insurance policy at no cost to you.

Sick Leave
Each employee shall be granted thirteen sick leave days annually.

Personal Leave
Any employee may request to be absent two days each school year at full pay, accumulative to twelve days, to handle personal leave matters.

Religious Leave
When a person's religion prohibits one's working, and/or requires worship or observance that cannot be performed other than during school hours, and observance is not otherwise provided in the school calendar, up to two days with pay shall be granted annually.

Bereavement Leave
Each employee shall be granted up to five days of bereavement leave annually.

Parental Leave
Employees may request an unpaid leave of absence in the event of natural childbirth or the adoption of a child. Leaves are approved by the Board of Education.
