State requirements for candidates interested in substitute teaching specify that the person must hold a certificate valid for teaching in the common schools of Illinois as shown on the face of the certificate, OR a substitute teaching certificate. Once you have received your Illinois Substitute Teaching Certificate, you can apply for a substitute teaching position with District 67 by completing the online application process.
Clerical / Secretarial Substitute Positions
Clerical substitutes serve as temporary, replacement employees when a regular employees is absent. Computer, telephone, and other office equipment skills are necessary. If you are interested in substituting for clerical / secretarial positions, please complete the online application process.
