Kindergarten Registration for District 67 is in the planning stages for Fall 2011. Children must be five years old on, or before, September 1, 2011, and live within the District 67 school boundaries to enroll. Parents planning on enrolling their children at one of the Lake Forest District 67 primary schools should notify their neighborhood school to obtain a registration packet as soon as possible. Registration packets will be mailed the week of January 24, 2011 and must be returned to your school by 2:00 p.m. on Friday, February 25. Staff will be available at each school from 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. to assist with the registration process. Complete registration forms for students wishing to enroll in Extended-Day Kindergarten must be returned by February 25th.

For Extended-day only... a lottery will be held on Monday, February 28 for slots, if needed. If you requested Extended-day, and a slot is available, your $500 deposit will be due on Friday, March 4, 2011.

All schools will host a Walk-Thru and Information Session on Monday, April 11th from 2:15-3:15 p.m. for parents and incoming students.

Please click on the link below to download registration forms and bring them to your school office between Monday, February 7 and Friday, February 25. Staff will be available between the hours of 8:30 am and 2 pm to assist you with the registration process.

Kindergarten Enrollment Packet 2010-2011

You must provide the following information for your child's registration to be complete. Placement into a classroom will only be made once the registration is complete. All required health forms will be mailed later in the summer.

Important - please bring the following with you:

Your child's original, certified birth certificate (which we will photocopy)

Proof of Lake Forest residency (such as a utility bill or contract)
