For more information, click here
The Center for Talent Development is excited to announce the expansion of their summer Leapfrog Program for children age 4 through grade 3 with a brand new site at Lake Forest Country Day School in Lake Forest. Leapfrog, an enrichment program, is designed specifically for young children who demonstrate strong math and verbal ability. The half-day, weeklong courses allow children to explore, discover, make new friends and have fun.
If I Ran the Zoo • Blocks & Blueprints • Mysterious Multiplying Jar: Making Math Visible • Whale Talk . . . That’s just a sampling of the hands-on courses offered to students at the new Lake Forest location. Two weeks of half-day, morning courses are available in Lake Forest in 2013: July 8 - 12, July 15 - 19. Courses run from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Half-day Leapfrog courses, both morning and afternoon, are also available in Chicago, Palatine, Skokie and Naperville. Full-day courses for children completing grade 3 are available in Elmhurst, Chicago, Palatine and Skokie. The 2013 Summer Program online application and course catalog are available.
