2012/13 High School Transition Information
Believe it or not, high school transition is right around the corner and we would like to help you and your child feel very comfortable with the process. Whether your plan is to attend LFHS or seek the private high school experience, we can help you through it. The following information will be helpful for you throughout the process so please mark these dates on your calendar. LFHS/DPM Transition Coffees (held 11/26, 11/28, and 12/3):
Academic Counselor coffees are informational meetings for 8th grade parents to learn about courses in particular departments at Lake Forest High School. On hand will be counselors and Instructional Directors from LFHS to provide useful information and answer questions. These meetings will be helpful in the transition process as you support your child in selecting courses for 9th grade.
