Facility Use Calendar

All requests to use District 67 facilities and grounds and the meeting rooms at LFHS West Campus are handled by Mary Mercer in the Buildings/Grounds Department. You must also contact Mary Mercer with any changes or cancellations to your facility requests. Anyone with a school email address (District 67 or 115) can put in a request to reserve space. Below you will find directions to make a request:

IMPORTANT: Please always check availability of rooms for the dates and times you are trying to schedule before you submit your request!

  1. Select “make a request” link at right.

  2. Enter your email address, and click "submit."

  3. Click the "Schedule Request" tab near the top of the page.

  4. Choose either “Normal” (you can enter up to 20 dates) or ”Recurring”. If you choose “Recurring”, PLEASE make sure that none of the dates fall on a school holiday, as it will be in conflict. Only use “Recurring” when you are sure there is no conflict with your dates, i.e. school holiday, break, etc.

  5. Please fill in all red checked areas ONLY. PLEASE DO NOT CLICK ON “AREA” ABOVE LOCATION, as it will limit listed rooms. When you get to “Rooms," you will click on the small binoculars and choose a room.

    NOTE: To check on the availability of your selections, click on the “check availability” button after you select the room, date(s), and time(s).

  6. If you need Custodial, or IT/Technology, please click on those boxes under "Setup Requirements," and type in a description of your requirements next to each category you select. Please be specific about your requirements!

  7. Please make sure you enter the number of people attending in the appropriate box.

  8. Continue filling in all red checked areas until you get to the bottom, where you will use “password” for your password.

  9. Click on "Save." If you need to put in another request, please go back to “Normal Schedule."

  10. The request will route to Mary Mercer for approval. After your schedule is activated, you will receive an automatic email that includes your schedule information. If it’s denied because of a conflict, you will also receive an email notification. In the case of a conflict, DO NOT reply to the email. Instead, contact Mary Mercer directly.
